Payment

All sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified or otherwise changed, and the amount paid will not be refunded. 

 

For your convenience and smooth online shopping experience with Dr. Wolff Singapore, we offer the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• GooglePay

 

The above payment methods are secure and reliable. All personal data and payment information are securely encrypted.

 

Refund / Replacement

Due to the nature of product, all Dr. Wolff's Vagisan products are non-exchangeable. No refund requests due to change of mind situation or failure to apply discount codes will be entertained.

 

We'll always try to make sure that items delivered to you are of a good condition and correct. However, the following types of items are eligible for refund / replacement requests:

• Defective or Damaged Products
• Expired Products
• Missing Products

 

If you face any of the above issues, please contact sales@dr-wolff.sg within 7 days upon receipt of your order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Item must be in their original purchased condition.
• Packaging must remain unopened or otherwise not defaced, modified, or damaged in any manner.
• The product and accompanying packaging must be retained and not disposed of.

 

You will need to provide the following details:

• Your order number
• The reason for a refund / return (e.g. defective item)
• The batch number found on packaging
• Pictures/videos of the products in question

 

Delivery

 

We will use our best efforts to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible after the end of the sale.

 

Delivery will be made via our business partners and the estimated delivery times will be indicated within each specific sale according to the dispatch location. However, some factors are outside of the company’s control, and all delivery estimates are purely estimates and not a guarantee of a definite date of delivery.

 

Order tracking will be provided for all orders, however, in exigent circumstances, this may not be supplied.

 

At Dr. Wolff Singapore, we offer our customers free delivery. This policy may be modified, changed, replaced or withdrawn at any time, at the sole discretion of Dr. Wolff Singapore.

 

We aim for the following delivery times:

Hong Kong: 7-14 Business Days

 

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that there is any ambiguity relating to the passing of risk and title to the goods, risk and title to the goods will pass to you on the first attempt at delivery irrespective of whether it was successful or not.

 

In the event of disputes, Dr. Wolff Singapore’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
